At Currents Counseling & Somatic Integration, we prioritize your well-being and confidentiality. Before commencing therapy, clients are required to review and acknowledge our terms and conditions. Your Rights and Responsibilities
As a valued client, you have rights that protect your experience and engagement with our therapists. This includes the right to ask questions about your treatment, give feedback, and request changes when necessary. You are encouraged to express any concerns throughout the process, as your autonomy and comfort are paramount. Additionally, it is essential to maintain a commitment to the therapeutic process, including attending scheduled sessions and being open to the techniques utilized, which may involve talk therapy, somatic practices, or both.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. Should you need to change your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds for missed sessions will not be issued without prior notice, as our time is valuable. Please communicate any changes promptly to ensure we can accommodate your needs while maintaining scheduling integrity for all clients.
