I have a heart for working with people who have suffered some kind of trauma. My own experiences in life have taken me down that path, so my focus is on helping others move through difficulties in healthy and productive ways. —Sharon Tedder

Sharon is a great listener who is very empathetic and truly wants to understand your perspective. She gives amazing clarity to situations and her guidance through trauma experiences using EMDR was phenomenal. When she first suggested EMDR as a technique for my trauma recovery, I was skeptical, but after only one session, I really felt a major breakthrough. I have felt much better emotionally and mentally and Sharon has played a huge part in that. I can’t recommend her highly enough! -Jodi
EMDR was extraordinary for me. The trauma of being betrayed after 21 years of marriage has been overwhelming. I am 5.5 months from D-day and been without much peace or mental clarity sense. While the pain is not gone, EMDR seems to have given me a thought process for dealing with the flooding. Hopefully this will allow me the clarity to work rationally through the rest of my recovery. Sharon was full of hope, empathy and professionalism. -K.C.
